Birth Certificates: Washington State birth certificates are available from the Kitsap County Health District for births registered from 1921 to the present.

Death Certificates: Washington State death certificates are available for deaths occurring in Kitsap County during the past three years.

Office Hours: Hours for Vital Records are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Office Location: Walk-in services are available at our Bremerton Main Office located at 345 6th Street, Suite 300. Directions
