The Kitsap County Board of Health adopted Ordinance 2008-01, Onsite Sewage System and General Sewage Sanitation Regulations, during a public hearing at its regular March meeting. The adopted regulations are contained via the following link:
Notice: The Designer Verification and Concurrence Requirements for Installations contained in Section 12.C. have been suspended until July 1, 2008.
Note: The Property Conveyance Inspection Requirements in Section 13.D. are not effective until September 1, 2008
