The Child Care
Nurse Consultant program focuses on children age birth to
3 who are in child care.
The program offers:
Consultation with home child care providers
who care for children birth to 3.
STARS hours from STARS approved trainer.
Contracts for monthly infant nurse consultation
visits.
Health and safety resources and referrals.
The
goal of the Child Care Nurse Consultant is to improve and
sustain the health and safety of Kitsap County children in
child care centers as well as promoting health and injury
prevention for their families and communities.
