Ryan White Funds:
Ryan White offers funding to meet various emergencies if no other funding is available. Ryan White is used for medical transportation assistance for non-Medicaid clients, emergency housing and utility assistance, food vouchers, dental emergencies, limited medication costs, mental health services, and other emergency needs defined by statute. All other funding resources must be exhausted before Ryan White dollars are used.

Ryan White funds are governed by the Bridge Consortium which is composed of community representatives from Kitsap, Clallam, and Jefferson Counties. These funds help support a variety of client care needs. Eligible clients can access funds through their case manager.

Community members are welcome to attend Consortium meetings.
