you are pregnant:
Our staff will discuss your options with you if your pregnancy test
is positive. In any pregnancy, a woman has three options:
To continue the pregnancy and parent.
To continue the pregnancy and relinquish the
baby for adoption.
To choose to end the pregnancy with an abortion.
Our staff will discuss All of your options with you.
If you choose to parent, our staff will:
Give you information about how to have a healthy
pregnancy.
Provide a referral to the First Steps program
for prenatal care.
Provide a referral to the Health District’s
First Steps visiting nurse program and to WIC.
If you choose to relinquish for
adoption, our staff will:
Give you information about how to have a healthy
pregnancy.
Provide a referral to the First Steps program
for prenatal care.
Provide a referral to the Health District’s
First Steps visiting nurse program and to WIC.
Provide information about adoption agencies
in the community.
If you choose to terminate your
pregnancy, our staff will:
Provide a proof of pregnancy.
Provide a referral and list of abortion providers.
Provide information
on financial assistance, if needed, for the procedure.
