parent child health Program: Promotes the health and well being of families in their childbearing years through professional home visits. Provides maternity support services, childcare consultations, as well as education and support regarding all aspects of parenting, child growth and development, and child health. Also promotes conditions in which children with special health or developmental needs can achieve the healthiest life possible and develop to their fullest potential.


Clinical Services program: Works to protect and preserve the health and safety of Kitsap County residents from communicable disease through ongoing disease surveillance, outbreak investigation, implementation of control measures and education. Aims to protect residents and travelers against vaccine-preventable disease by providing access to immunizations and strives to increase immunization coverage levels among our children and adults.

Provides confidential services for family planning and sexually transmitted disease (STD) counseling and testing. Services are available to all individuals, both male and female, regardless of income, marital status, age, national origin, or residence. No one is refused services because of inability to pay.


  HIV/AIDS Program: Provides HIV/AIDS prevention, counseling and testing, case management/care and syringe exchange services in Kitsap County.


Health Promotion: Develops and implements culturally competent educational out-reach programs to positively influence health behavior and health choices among Kitsap County residents


juvenile detention Health Care Program: Provides non-emergent and preventive health care for detainees at the Juvenile Detention Facility.
